Correction: Information regarding the Pre-Proposal Conference for this action publicized in the CBD on 21 Dec 94 is corrected to read: The Government anticipates conducting a Pre- Proposal Conference on 8 February 1995 at 9:00 a.m., with registration at 8:30 a.m., at Building 2, Post Theater, Fort Ritchie, Maryland. The conference will commence at 9:00 a.m., with registration commencing at 8:30 a.m. Due to seating capacity limitation, reservations shall originally be limited to not more than two representatives per firm. Reservations will be accepted via the EBB through February 3, 1995. Additional reservations will be accepted on February 6, 1995 on a first- come, first-serve basis for any remaining seating availability. After receipt of reservations, maps of Fort Ritchie and the Fort Ritchie area, directions to Fort Ritchie from Dulles and BWI Airports, and a list of recommended hotels will be faxed or mailed to the firm. Security clearances will not be required for attendance to this conference. Only minor changes have been made to the final RFP since the release of the second draft RFP on 16 December 1994. Questions pertaining to the solicitation shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer via the electronic bulletin board or by contacting the contract specialist identified above or Diana Garcia at (602) 538-8907. Questions received by 2 February 1995 will probably be answered at the conference. Questions received after that date, including those received at the conference will be considered and addressed at the conference or as soon as possible thereafter.
