Smith,215/656 -6091 The General Services Administration is interested in purchasing inspection services for work performed in Government owned buildings. The inspection service will insure that maintenance performed by contractors on the major pieces of equipment in the Federal Buildings has been performed in accordance with Government requirements. The inspection contractor will provide documentation to Government personnel that maintenance work was accomplished. When work is not performed as prescribed in the maintenance contract, the inspection contractor will advise Government representatives of the deficient performance. The major building systems that will be inspection include, but are limited to: chillers, pumps, motors, cooling towers and elevators. All interested parties are requested to respond in writing by February 24, 1995 to the attention of Mrs. Mary Romano. (0023)
