THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Services to provide all equipment, materials, and labor to design, fabricate and install a White Phosphorus (WP) Recovery System consisting of the three objectives: (1) Installing a WP filtration system - contractor will install a filter system provided by the Government. Work will include the following: Construct mounting platform for filters, Route 316SS WP piping (welded and flanged fittings) to filters, provide and install new hot water controls and route electrical power to the system; (2) Upgrading download work area. Work will include the following: Modify and relocate M825 canister disassembly station, fabricate and install new download work tank, extend chain hoist track and modify exhaust ventilation; and (3) Designing the following workstations for independent, manual operation: Burster puller station, drill station, felt wash station, canister tube cutting station.
