S -- PROVIDE LODGING AND CONFERENCE ROOM FACILITIES SOL DABT23-B-0035 DUE 030895 POC Paul Avery, Contract Specialist, FAX (502)624-5869. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for lodging and conference room facilities with audio visual equipment for approximately 137 people attending the 1995 U S Army Recruiting Command's Family Symposium Conference in Dallas, Texas during the period 29 April through 5 May 1995. The hotel/motel facility shall be within 3 miles of the Galleria, 13350 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, Texas and shall have a full service restaurant located within the facility. Facility shall also have one general session room to accomodate a minimum of 137 people for the period and five breakout rooms for the period 3-4 May 1995 to seat a minimum of 25 people. Contractor shall also provide a banquet room to accomodate a minimum of 137 people on 1 May 1995 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Room requirements are as follows: 29 April - 4 singles, 30 April - 8 singles, 1 May - 137 singles, 2 May - 137 singles, 3 May - 137 singles, 4 May - 137 singles. (0023)
