Reference is made to issue #PSA-1105, dated Friday, May 27, 1994 - Classification Code T - Photographic, Mapping, Printing and Publication Services. The IRS has a requirement for the design and publication of its quarterly magazine for its managers, ''LEADER'S DIGEST'' is a 8.5'' x 11'', 36-40 page, self covered magazine. The issues are published and distributed in March (spring); June (summer); September (fall) and December (winter) of each year. It is printed with 2 colors throughout (black and a second color). It is saddle-wired and 3-hole drilled on the 11'' side. It is printed on 60# recycled paper stock with soy-based inks. The following additional information is provided: Technical evaluation of this requirement will be based primarily on an oral presentation combined with supplementary technical data as required by the RFP. The RFP number has been changed from IRS-94-0090 to IRS-95-0010. Previous requestors need not submit another request. All requestors of this solicitation package will be provided a mailed copy on the date of issuance, estimated to be on or about February 3, 1995. No telephone requests for this RFP will be accepted.
