Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings for the construction of a 59,800 square foot Combat Communication Squadron. Work consists of constructing a 26,900 square foot Communication and Electronics building, a 17,400 square foot Vehicle Maintenance Shop, a 4,300 square foot AGE shop, a 4,800 square foot Vehicle Parking Shed, and a 6,400 square foot Mobility Building. Building will be constructed of reinforced concrete foundations and floor slab, steel framed masonry walls and built-up roofs, new utilities, and roadways. Estimated cost of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. A non-refundable check of $125.00 made payable to the A&FO, Maxwell AFB, AL is required for each set of plans and specifications.
