The required work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and transportation for the renovation of Bldg 510, Ft Riley KS. The work includes surface drainage improvements including minor regrading, drive approach reconstruction, drainage flume rerouting and installation of additional storm drains. Exterior stair reconstruction, refinishing the entire second floor. Second floor work includes drywall, refinishing the entire second floor. Second floor work includes drywall, refinishing wood floors, ceramic tile and bathroom restoration. Work also includes asbestos abatement and lead-based paint abatement. Installation of new 4-pipe central air conditioning system. Installation of new fire-alarm and intercom system and lighting upgrades. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
