The required work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment,
materials and transportation for the renovation of Bldg 510, Ft Riley
KS. The work includes surface drainage Bldg 510, Ft Riley, KS. The
work includes surface drainage improvements including minor regrading,
drive approach reconstruction, drainage flume rerouting and
installation of additional storm drains. Exterior stair reconstruction,
refinishing the entire second floor. Second floor work includes
drywall, refinishing the entire second floor. Second floor work
includes drywall, refinishing wood floors, ceramic tile and bathroom
restoration. Work also includes asbestos abatement and lead-based paint
abatement. Installation of new 4-pipe central air conditioning system.
Installation of new fire-alarm and intercom system and lighting
upgrades. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Sealed
Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 06 Mar 95 and bid opening will be
held on or about 06 Apr 95. Estimated cost of this project is between
$500,000 and $1,000,000. The procurement is unrestricted. The small
business size standard for this project is $17.0M. There is a $35.00
charge for this package (Non-refundable), make checks out to the
