The Social Security Administration requires contractor services to remove old ceiling tile and install government provided new ceiling tile at the Harold Washington Social Security Center, 600 W Madison St, Chicago, Illinois 60661. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials (except for Government furnished materials specified in solicitation), tools and equipment to efficiently and satisfactorily accomplish the required work. Contractor will also be required to clean the ceiling grid system (and repair, as needed), and provide protection for floors, furniture and equipment during performance of the work. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. A general site visit and walk through for all bidders will be held on Thursday, February 16, 1995, at 10:00 am.
