Work for this project shall include, but is not limited to the modernization of the kitchen and baths in FY 71 housing area. Project to include replacement of cabinets and countertops with ply-hardwood cabinets; installation of soffit and ceiling trim at top of wall of cabinets; replacement of double compartment sinks, range hoods, disposals, flooring lavatories and applicable fixtures; installation of smoke detectors, GFCI receptacles, and other miscellaneous work. A solicitation will be issued on or about 02/22/95 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of l988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
