This is a presolicitation notice for the requirement for a roof replacement at Forbes Hall, at the Federal Prison Camp at Yankton South Dakota. Provide all materials and services to install a Slate Shingle Roof in accordance with the specifications and drawings in IFB 237-0156. The IFB tentative date for issuance is o/a February 13, 1995. Tentative BOD will be o/a March 16, 1995. Contract completion time is 120 days after award. Construction range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available from FPC-Yankton, only written requests will be honored, no verbal requests will be accepted. There is no charge for the solicitation packet.
