PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Additions/Alterations/Repairs to four facilities to include; A single story 8,350 SF communications facility (Building 354), a three story, concrete frame 28,741 SF, visting officer's quarters (Building 476), a vehicle maintenance complex to include a 6,635 SF, refueler mainenance facility (Building 307), a 26,701 SF vehicle maintenace facility (Building 312), and a 1,810 SF, New 2 Bay Wash Rack (Building 7312), and a 45,000 SF, wing headquarters facility (Building 360). General repairs includes replacement of access doors, frames, and windows, roll-up doors, demolition and repair of any structural damage and providing new exterior and interior finishes. Work on the visiting officers quarters includes construction of an existing walkway, a covered vehicle drop-off (Option 1), and a new sloping standing seam metal roof. Work on the headquarters building includes construction of a new covered vehicle drop-off structures, a new open air pavilion structure, and a new sloping standing seam metal roof. Work on the communications building includes construction of a new sloping standing seam metal roof, screen walls and exterior split face CMU Veneer. Work on the vehicle maintenance complex includes construction of a new bay on Building 307. This project includes optional items for additional work. Bid documents are available on or about 01 February 1995. Costs are as follows: Plans half size $70.00. Specifications $60.00. Estimated cost of work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
