Fogg, Contracting Officer, (410) 636-4367 Repair of Alco Turbochargers--The Coast Guard anticipates conducting negotiation with Fairbanks Morse Alco and its authorized distributors. Contract period of performance will be a base year and four (4) one (1) year options, for the inspection and repair of FM Alco Turbochargers Model 131, P/N 22601565-2; Model 131, P/N 22602171-2; Model 165, P/N 22600186-4; Model 165, P/N 22602128-2; Model 720, P/N 22699130-8; Model 720, P/N 22600172-1 used on 210 FT WMEC, 270 FT WMEC, and 400 FT WAGB vessels. Contractor will provide all labor and material required to perform the following work on the turbochargers: (1) receive; (2) disassemble; (3) inspect; (4) provide a condition report; (5) repair; (6) reassemble; (7) test; and (8) preserve and install in a reusable shipping container. All efforts shall be in accordance with Alco Repair Manual MI-11206B, MI-11209A, MI-11210B, and MIL-I-45208A dated July 24, 1981. In accordance with Coast Guard Standard Repair Specification (SRS) 4331-R-251-120 dated 6/92. All parts to be furnished and used with the repairs must be Alco parts. Delivery F.O.B.
