This proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can provide these parts are encouraged to identify themselves and provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer, which will permit their participation in the current or future solicitations no later than 15 days from the date this is published in the CDB.
