58 -- IMPROVED FREQUENCY MODULATOR(IFM), 101A/AM-7189A/ARC POWER AMPLIFIER SOL DAAB07-95-R-D635 POC Contract Specialist, Catherine Rakowski, (908) 532-4386. This action is to procure 2,547 each VHF-FM (IFM-101A/AM-7189A/ARC) Power Amplifiers (NSN: 5821-01-188-3332) for the VHF-FM Radio Set on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source, to Rockwell Collins. This will be awarded as a firm-fixed price, four year requirements contract for hardware production. The base year contract requirement is for 242 units with an option for an additional 250 units. Also there will be three option years for a quantity of 685 each per year. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. THE U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry. EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ONLY THOSE PARTIES WHO Do NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ACCESS THE EBB WILL BE FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER, As OF 1 JAN 1995 HARD COPIES WILL NO LONGER BE DIST5RIBUTED. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. Detailed information regarding system requiremetns is contained in the U.S. Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. Identification code and password will be issued upon request. All requests must include 1)Company name, 2) point(s) of contacts name(s) 3) return address(es) and 4) telephone number(s).
