The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ABB Power T&D Co., Lake Oswego, OR for condenser type T part no. 025T0750VF bushings for existing GE T3 transformer. Bushings and gaskets will be FOB dest. Libby Dam, MT and delivered six weeks after ordered. Concerns that respond shall provide detailed technical data regarding their capabilities and product success in GE T3 250,000,000 watt transformers.
