The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for an Indefinite-Quantity contract for procurement of three types of acid batteries: (1) Battery, 12 volt, Acid; (2) Battery, 12 volt, 45 Amp Hour Capacity, Acid; (3) Battery, 24 volt, 21 Amp Hour Capacity. A minimum of 500 batteries will be ordered over the period of this agreement. Delivery may be required at any or all of ten (10) locations in the state of New Mexico. A minimum of five (5) batteries will be ordered per delivery order. Duration of contract period - until the end of Fiscal Year (30 Sep 95), with option to extend for one year. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and delivery as described in the solicitation.
