The Rock Island Arsenal intents to obtain from AMDAHL Corporation A firm fixed price one year software license agreement on the following AMDAHL software: AMDAHL UTS O/S release 5.4.2; Enterprise file manager (efm); and universal measurement architecture (Uma) to run on an AMDAHL 5890-600E computer. Negotiations will be conducted with AMDAHL Corporation, Chevy chasepavilion, 5335 Wisconsin Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20015-2003 on an other than full and open competition basis on solicitationdaaa08-95-R-0523. Software license shall include all modifications, updates and enhancements developed by AMDAHL Corporation, to include telephone consultations during normal business hours. Responses other than above source may identify their interest and capability to meet therequirement. To be considered an affirmative response, vendors must submit data to demonstrate their ability to design and implement the required changes to the AMDAHL software and have access to all softwaremodifications, updates and enhancements developed by AMDAHL Corporation.
