The delivery locations for this product may include the following: FCI, Three Rivers, TX; FCI, Bastrop, TX; FCI, Seagoville, TX; FCI, Florence, CO; FCI, Tallahassee, FL; and FCI, Sheridan, OR. All chairs will be FOB Destination. UNICOR anticipates purchasing approximately 70,000 chairs over the five year period. Proposed chairs must meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. Required product options may include at least the following: non-adjustable arms and pads, adjustable arms and pads, non-adjustable loop arms, adjustable loop arms, various types of back angle, back height, and seat angle adjustments, adjustable lumbar support. Offerors will be permitted to propose any products that meet the performance criteria stated in the solicitation. All offers will be evaluated against the criteria stated in Section M of the solicitation. Award will be made on the offer that is considered cost advantageous to FPI in terms of cost and technical factors. A fixed price contract with an economic price adjustment is anticipated.
