We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Kidz Day at the Kashim Enlisted Club on 18 March 1995. We are asking for gift certificates ranging from $5 to $50.00. Any related children's articles would be accepted such as toys, clothing, books, and children's movies. The prices and certificates would be given away as door prices and other drawings. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in the base paper and other areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event drawings will also be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 March 1995. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (023)
