R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR KIDZ DAY AT KASHIM ENLISTED CLUB Sol SVS-SCS-34-95 due 013195. POC Shena Jones, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9750. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Kidz Day at the Kshim Enlisted Club on 4 February 1995. We are asking for gift certificates ranging from $5 to $50.00. The theme will be for Valentine's Day. We would like items such as stuffed teddy bears and boxes of heart shaped candy and other related children's articles. The prizes and certificates would be given away as door prizes and other drawings. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in the base paper and other areas on the base will done. Representation from the sponsor for the event drawings will also be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 31 January 1995. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate apppropriated funds of the Government.
