POC John Hines PADER 717-787-2529. The Delaware Estuary Program (DELEP) is a program funded by EPA in cooperation with the States of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. DELEP's aim is to develop a Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan (CCMP) for the Estuary by October 1995. As part of this plan, DELEP has actions that support the states' CNPCPs. This outreach effort will serve as a vehicle for both the states' CNPCP and DELEP. A full RFQ is available from John T. Hines.
