Services includes screening personnel records of soldiers inprocessing and shall collect Educational Records, DA Form 669; prepare Educational Record, DA Form 669 if not found in personnel record; contractor shall inventory and store tests at the test center; conduct test procedures prior to testing as examinee sign in, test instructions, distribution of tests and materials, completion of necessary information on answer sheets, and test administration and proctoring. This acquisition will be a Requirements contract with a base year and 4 option years. The anticipated issuance date is 10 March 1995 and the tentative bid opening date is 10 April 1995. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 8299.
