Blue Ridge Parkway Project PRA-BLRI 2P12, in Buncombe County, North Carolina, consisting of roadway reconstruction of the Blue Ridge Parkway from Milepost 365.8 to Milepost 365.9, including guardrail replacement, pavement overlay, paved waterway replacement, and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Paved Waterway, 650 SQYD; Steel-Backed Timber Guardrail, 1,725 LNFT; Roadway Excavation, 1,500 CUYD; Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement, 800 TON; Aggregate Base, 2,700 TON. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $250,000 to $500,000 and has a construction completion date of August 31, 1995.
