The construction of a shower building will consists of slab-on-grade/stud wall construction of a building containing eight shower stalls, seven toilet stalls, two urinals, eleven sinks, a mechanical room and a laundry room. Installation of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and a septic tank and drain field are included. The building is approximately 1,100 square feet.
