The estimated cost of construction is between $1 - $3 Million. This project is not set-aside for small business. SIC Code 1629. Bidding packages, including the plans and specifications will beavailable for a fee of $20 per set. Bid packages must be ordered in writing with a check or money order made out to ''U.S. Coast Guard'' at the address above. The fee is nonrefundable.
