An addition of approximately 200 SF to the existing buildings; renovation of 18 bathrooms to inlude finishes, shower receptors and splash surrounds, toilets and necessary plumbing fixtures; new pipe chases and radiator covers for existing hot water convectors; and miscellaneous fire protection (sprinkler) and electrical work on Billeting Bldg 2392 at Fairchild AFB, WA. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project is to be bid by bidding schedule. Contract performance period is 270 calendar days. Working hours are weekdays, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. The work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. Government furnished materials are not included. The solicitation is scheduled to be isued on or about 14 February 1995. The SIC code is 1522. The solicitation is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set Aside (SDB) concerns. Interested parties must include a positive statement of eligibility as a Small Disadvantaged Business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain bonds for a project of this magnitude, and information that demonstrates a capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude.
