Replacement of 124 asphaltic concrete driveways with concrete driveways in the Army/NCO Capehart family housing areas for Fairchild AFB, WA. Project shall e bid lump sum. Estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract performane period is 250 calendar days. Working hours are weekdays, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding Federal holidays. Government furnished materials are not included. The work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 15 February 1995. The SIC Code is 1771. The solicitation is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should contact the Fairchild contracting office as soon as possible, but no later than 10 February 1995. Interested parties must include a positive statement of eligibility as a Small Disadvantaged Business Concern, evidence of capacity to obtain bonds for a project of this magnitude, and information that demonstrates a capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
