The principle features of work include, but are not limited to: (1) Demolition of selected portions of the existing buildings; (2) Construction of new serving lines and a counter (``bar''), with new and re-used foodservice equipment, with associated mechanical and electrical work; (3) Construction of a new ``canopy'' over the serving counter area in Champs; (4) Install new finishes, doors, windows and window treatment in dining areas; (5) Construction of a new office are in Champs; (6) Install new light fixtures in Champs; (7) Install new finishes, fixtures, partitions and accessories in the latrines where indicated; (8) Construct new ceiling over serving line and approach corridor in Officers Club, with related mechanical and electrical work; (9) Relocate sprinkler heads and air devices into locations in the new ceiling of Officer's Club; (10) Relocate existing return air grille in approach corridor wall of Officer's Club; (11) Construct new gypsum board-on-metal vision screen in Enlisted Club. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period will be 120 days. This project is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
