Requirement includes associated technical and financial/administrative data. Proposed procurement includes firm fixed priced options. Total NAVY/USAF/FMS Telemetry Shell requirements estimated to range up to 1500 units per year. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to only solicit bids from established 8(a) contractors technically capable of manufacturing and supplying the required telemetry shells. In response to this synopsis, interested 8(a) concerns should include a brief description of the company's technical ability and expertise in this area of manufacture. Companies are advised to include listing of similar previously manufactured items. Companies who responded to NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40062-94 do not need to response to this synopsis.
