COST-per-copy copiers-POC-Andrea A. Advis 703-305-7763. General
services administration wishes to announce that on or about February
20, 1995, Solicitation FCGR-95-0003 for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier
requirements for the U.S. Department of treasurey, Internal Revenue
Service located Dallas and Houston, Texas will be issued. This
procurement will require furnishing copiers, accessories, furnishing
and delivery of consumable supplies except paper), emergency repair
service, periodic preventive maintenance and key operator training.
Copier requirements have been broken down into four volume bands,
defined as follows. Volume band II, 20 copies per minute minimum, and
5,001-15,000 copies per month; volume band III, 30 copies per
minuteminimum, and 15,000-30,000 copies per month, volume band IV, 45
copies per minute minimum, and 30,001-50,000 copies per month; volume
band V, 55 copies per minute minimum, 50,001-80,000 copies per month.
The IRS has Given an initial machine estimate of 153 units. Copiers
being offered shall bemanufacture'S most current production models,
either new or newlyremanufactured. This procurement will be negotiated
single award firm fixed price contract. The contract period will be
for one year for the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996
with four one year options years. Requests for copies of the
