Requirement for one (1) each Turnkey Audio-Visual Presentation System located at the Command Conference Room, Oakland Army Base, Oakland, CA. Contractor shall provide engineering, installation, furnishing, testing and training of the system. The presentation system shall include, but not limited to, the following items: hardcopy to video conversion, S-VHS video tape recorder/reproducer, wireless lavaliere microphone/receiver, speakers lectern, projection screen, video projector, video switcher, audio recorder/reproducer, and remote control LCD panel system. A one time site visit will be available for all prospective offerors to survey the conference room, date and time will be specified in the solicitation.
