Synopsis No. 0024-95. This classified requirement is restricted to GTE Government Systems Corporation, P.O. Box 7188, Mountain View, CA 94039. The synopsis is for the purpose of advertising subcontracting opportunities. GTE is the only contractor with the specialized knowledge, background expertise, facilities and databases necessary to accomplish the work in the proposed effort, which requires detailed knowledge of the US Army's Threat Simulation Network. The solicitation provides for the delivery of an Advanced Command, Control and Communications (AC3) System, documentation, training and engineering support. Access to classified and/or intelligence information is required to prepare a proposal. Contractor level of clearance and safeguarding required is Top Secret.
