KAM, (808) 438-8586. The Contractor shall furnish all labor,
management, supervision, inspection, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and other incidental services to prepare environmental
impact statements, environmental assessments, environmental planning
studies, master plans, environmental management plans, feasibility
studies, economic analyses, housing studies, scientific and/or
technological studies and other environmentally related documents at
various Pacific locations. Services may include, but not be limited to
environmental compliance documentation, biological studies,
hazardous/toxic waste studies, planning documents, site investigations,
program management studies, innovative technology, cost benefit
analyses, environmental documentation and policy planning. The required
services will support military projects in Hawaii, American Samoa,
Guam, Kwajalein Atoll and other Pacific Islands, Korea, Japan/Okinawa,
and locations within the area of responsibility of the Pacific Ocean
Division. Defense Base Act Insurance for work overseas is required. Two
contracts will be awarded for a base period of one year from the date
of award and for three one-year option periods. Services will be
implemented through issuance of individual delivery orders on an
as-needed basis, with a maximum cumulative contract total of $3
Million, for each period. The Government obligates itself to a minimum
contract amount of $60,000.00 per year during the term of the
contract. The contractor shall be required to conform to a separate
scope of work for each delivery order, but in general, the contractor
will be required to conduct planning studies and provide documents. The
proposed contracts are set-aside for small business concerns. Standard
Industrial Classification is 8999, Services Not Elsewhere Classified,
$5 Million average receipts per year for the last three years.
Solicitation documents will be available at a cost of $11.00. This
charge is nonrefundable. Request for solicitation documents must be in
writing and include the solicitation number, description, date of
synopsis and number of documents requested. Request must be accompanied
by a check or money order in the amount of $11.00, payable to US Army
Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, and, mailed to Finance & Accounting
Officer, US Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Building 230, Fort
Shafter, HI 96858-5440. Payment by cash (DO NOT MAIL CASH) will be
