Correction: A project to provide the establishment and measurement of 5-sample point survey sample units on the Willamette and Siuslaw National Forests' lands (Lane, Linn, Marion, Benton and Douglas Counties). Work will be in accordance with the procedures detailed in field insructions ``Current Vegetation Survey''. The successful Offeror will be selected on the basis of the following Evaluation Criteria, which are given in descending order of importance: (1) Ability to complete a minimum of approximately 0.46 plots per day, up to a maximum of approximately 1.96 plots per day; (2) Past experience and ability in using photogrammetry skills to accurately establish plots on the ground; (3) Experience and ability to use stand forester instruments in taking accurate measurements of forest tree conditions; (4) Ability to identify common pathogenic fungi of western conifers by genus and species; and (6) Ability to key out forest habitat types using vegetation cover and constancy data. Estimated start work date is April 3, 1995. Contract performance time is 730 calendar days. See Notes 1 and 3.
