415/329-5480. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for drilling
services in the vicinity of the San Francisco Bay Peninsula,
California. Approximately eleven (11) holes, each at depths ranging
from 60 to 100 feet deep. The holes are to be nominal 8'' diameter
(whether hard rock or steel cased). The holes are required for a
seismic survey. Drilling is expected to start May 1, 1995 and shall be
completed by May 31, 1995. Material to be drilled in will vary from
sediments, including alluvium, to igneous and metamorphics. Specific
