Service contract to provide analytical testing for samples of potentially hazardous waste and wastewater provided by McConnell AFB KS. Contract will be awarded for remainder of FY95 with two (2) one-year options. Lab shall be a Kansas State Certified Laboratory. Standard analytical methods are to be used for each requested analysis unless the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has prescribed an approved method. Where the EPA has designated an approved method, the EPA prescribed method shall be used. The proposed acquisition is intended for 100% small business set-aside. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued on a unrestricted basis without further notice. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this service is 8734 and the small business size standard applicable to the acquisition is $3.5M in annual receipts.
