Item description: Size: Stage 1 Fan Disk: Diameter-25.183'' minimum and 25.191 '' maximum, Stage 2 Fan Disk Diameter-33.189'' minimum and 33.209 '' maximum; Predominate material: Stage 1 Fan Disk: C50TF12 CL-5 (6A14V Titanium), Stage 2 Fan Disk: C50TF12 CL-F (6AL 4V Titanium); Function: Stage 1 Fan Disk: The Stage 1 Fan Disk retains the Stage 1 Fan Blades and is part of the fan rotor assembly. The Fan rotor generates 80% of thrust loads for the TF39 engine. Stage 2 Fan Disk: The Stage 2 Fan Disk retains the Stage 2 Fan Blades and is part of the fan rotor assembly. The fan rotor generates 80% of the thrust loads for the TF39 engine. A Scan Plan must be developed and approved by General Electric. The Contractor may develop the Plan, but written certification must be provided by G.E. Delivery: 14 days Aro or receipt of asset. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation.
