Vista Scientific model number VS-48/20-30-30-WC Temperature Chambers
on-site at Tobyhanna Army Depot--Base year of performance with the
option to extend for an additional four, one year periods -- Contractor
shall supply all parts, labor, and materials to provide total
maintenance to maintain OEM performance specification; major component
replacement shall be separately priced --- major components are the
compressor for refrigerant R502 (1 per table, manufacturer Carlyle
Compressor Corp., manufacturer part number 0 6ER-099); the compressor
for refrigerant R13 (1 per table, manufacturer Research, Inc.,
manufacturer part number 828-D10-403-000-130-00); the Micristar
controller/programmer (1 per table); the chart recorder (1 per table,
manufacturer, Chessel Corporation, manufacturer part number
390-12000-00-000-00); the Product Saver (1 per table, manufacturer LFE
Corporation, manufacturer part number CE-9994-3002) -- Contractor
shall be responsible for acquiring all documentation and diagnostic
equipment necessary for service of the chambers with the exception that
the Governmet will provide the temperature chamber, Product Saver,
Chart Recorder and Micristar controller owner's manuals for on-site use
-- response time required for remedial maintenance service is 16
normally scheduled work hours after notification by the Government that
service is required; repair to be completed within 32 normally
scheduled consecutive work hours after notification for calls that do
not require off-site repair of components; repair to be completed
within 40 normally scheduled consecutive work hours after notification
for calls that require off-site repair of components, major component
replacement within 48 normally scheduled consecutive work hours after
notification -- Preventive maintenance of all chambers shall be
performed a minimum of once per year -- RFP number is DAAC71-95-R-0010
-- All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be
