L -- UNDERGROUND TANK AND PIPING TIGHTNESS TESTING, AT MALMSTROM AFB MT Sol F24604-95-B0002. Due 031095. Description of Project: Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform tightness testing of eighteen underground storage tanks and piping at Malmstrom AFB, MT. Testing shall be performed on a monthly basis using previously installed vapor monitoring wells. An estimated number of probes have failed and require replacing. The proposed contractor shall be a tank tester certified by Tracer Research Corporation to perform the Tracer Method of tank-tightness testing. Tentative date for issuance of the solicitation 07 Feb 95. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with a performance period from date of award through a 12 month period. Solicitations will be issued on a first come first served basis when requested in writing. The proposed contract listed here is a 100 percent total small business set aside.
