Project is for continuing the establishment of the permanent plot vegetative inventory system on the Mt Baker-Snoqualmie and Olympic National Forests. Grid spacing for plots is 1.7 miles on non-wilderness and 3.4 miles on wilderness locations. Project will be an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract, RFP with a maximum of 610 plots for fiscal year 1995 through 1997.
