U.S. COAST GUARD 1995 GRANT FUNDS FOR RECREATIONAL BOATING SAFETY PROJECTS The Coast Guard is seeking to enter into financial assistance agreements with national nonprofit public service organizations to subsidize selected boating safety activities that will promote boating safety on a national level. Innovative approaches are welcome. Application packages may be obtained from and proposal submitted to Commandant (G-NAB-5), U.S. Coast Guard, 2100 Second Street SW, Washington, DC 20593-0001.
