Contractor to furnish all personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform shelf stocking, custodial, and receiving/storage/holding area services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissary store located in Portsmouth, Maine in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base period is on or about May 9, 1995 through April 30, 1996 and includes four (4) one-year option periods. NOTE: This is a new commissary. Therefore, this is a first-time acquisition, and there is no previous or current contract information about the services being solicited. Ths solicitation is being issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The standard industrial classification number is 7389 and the business size standard is $5 million. The business size of the requestor must be included on each request for solicitation. This solicitation will be issued on or about February 17, 1995 with a tentative closing date of March 20, 1995.
