This solicitation has been 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The work includes providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and component replacement as necessary to maintain four (4) passenger elevators with a load capacity of 4,000 pounds per elevator which services eight (8) landings; one (1) dumbwaiter which services three (3) landings; and two (2) lift carts which services seven (7) landings. The contractor will be selected using a cource selection process. All offerors will be evaluated based on management ability, experience, technical capability, ability to respond in required timeframes and bid price. There is a $30.00 (Non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund.
