The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) has a requirement for commercial travel office services. This is the second announcement for the requirement. All sources that previously responded to this office are included in the source list and do not need to provide a second request. The contractor must be able to provide commerical travel services (official and unofficial) at Edwards Air Force Base, California. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC code has been changed from 4729, (see presolicitation conference minutes dated 14 Jun 94, question 19), to SIC code 4724; size standard is 1 million gross revenues averaged over the last three complete fiscal years. Gross revenues exlude funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such as bookings or sales subject to commissions. The commissions received would be included as revenue.
