The USPS is looking for parties interested in leasing to the Postal Service an existing building of approximately 27,000 gross square feet or interested parties to design, construct and lease a one story facility of same square footage to serve as the Sunrise Station in Las Vegas, Nevada. The preferred area is: North: Cheyenne Blvd; East: Nellis Blvd; South: Owens Ave; and West: Lamb Blvd. Anticipated occupancy is for a twenty (20) year lease with two 5-year renewal options. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conveys a clear understanding of the solicitation; site and design build requirements and conditions; conveys an appropriate level of experience and quality of teams to assure performance of the specified requirements; conveys a well considered development plan (i.e. construction, cost assessment, financing/funding sources); and outlines a well-conceived and equitable rental package acceptable to the Postal Service.
