The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to procure lodging for the AEGIS Combat Systems Center (ACSC), located at Wallops Island, Virginia. The required lodging must be equivalent to that found in mid-priced hotels/motels as defined by the Marshall Service Classification for Hotels. All rooms shall be furnished with a minimum of a bed (one full-sized bed for a single room and two full-sized beds for a double occupancy room), writing desk with lamp and chair, mirror, color television (minimum 19''), alarm clock, telephone, bureau and closet or wardrobe. Each room shall have a private bath, with lavatory, commode, tub and shower, mirror and counter. The required lodging must be within a forty-five minute commute of the ACSC located at Wallops Island, Virginia. The room requirements to be procured are as follows: four double occupany rooms for the time period 26 March through 31 March 1995, twenty-four single occupancy rooms for the period 1 April through 14 April 1995, thirty-seven double occupany rooms for the period 1 April 1995 through 14 April 1995, four double occupancy rooms for the period of 7 May through 12 May 1995, thirty-seven single occupancy rooms for the period 13 May through 19 May 1995 and twenty four double occupancy rooms for the period 13 May through 19 May 1995.
