Work involves the design and construction of a single story 8750 SQFT Fire Station building. The bldg shall have a brick exterior, sloped shingle roof, exposed guttering, anodized storefront doors, carpet and epoxy floorings, building public address system, kitchen cabinets, interior lighting warning system, emergency generator system, electric overhead door operators, air compressor system, aluminum windows, and acoustical ceilings. The project shall include asphalt paved entrances and a parking lot. The estimated cost range is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
