The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to solicit bids for the construction of a new dormitory/education/medical facility and a new gymnasium/recreation facility at the Iroquois Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Medina, New York. The project also includes domestic water and propane systems upgrade. Work includes all labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to construct a 46,000 sf two-story brick/block dormitory structure with 27,000 sf on the second level and 19,000 sf on the first level including both education and medical facilities, and a 23,000 sf brick/block gymnasium/recreation facility. This is an unrestricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a March 1, 1995.
