Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Provide all labor, equipment and materials required to remove and replace the existing concrete entry road with a three lane concrete road complete with storm sewer system flowing through a 20,000 gallon oil/water separator, and demolition of an existing 100 sf gate house and constructing a new 500 sf gate house consisting of slab on grade, brick veneer on metal studs, standing seam roof, latrine, mechanical room, cabinetry, lighting, HVAC, and electrical systems, interior and exterior finishes, fencing gates, street lighting and all utility support.
