Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to repoint by shotcreting approximately 12,000 linear feet of joints in a 6,400 linear foot section of the Governors Island Seawall at U.S. Coast Guard Support Center Governors Island, NY. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC Code is 1771. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
